I wanted to add to my last question of fiance wanting to be a massage therapist. She wants to be a personal massage therapist, and do private massages at peoples homes. In the past when she has had temptation with another guy it happened. She assures me that things are different with me. But I just cant get it out of my head. I hate the thought of her rubbing up another guy.

Just because she is massaging someone does not mean that she will cheat on you. Tell her how uncomfortable that makes you, the fact that she will be massaging other guys. Is it really the massaging or is it the fact that she would be doing it in peoples homes. Would it make a difference if she was in an office? I don't think the issue is with her massaging people, I think that you have trust issues and that also needs to be addressed before the two of you get married.

Me and 3-5 other individuals will be forming a group together to own a series of businesses and franchises over time. It involves a process of setting up, maintaining, then moving on to start another. It would be that our small group of people, would get the excess profit or % from establishing those businesses. All the financing parts wouldn't be in our name, so that in case of a big loss, it doesn't kill each of our personal financial status. Then eventually becoming investors. I know that its based on the state, and etc. but what would that be classified as? a Partnership of course, but is it a LP, LLP, or a LLLP?
just incase someone forgot, LP is a limited partnership, LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership, and a LLLP is a Limited Liability Limited Partnership
well, holding companies involve stocks and all that. We are more about starting and owning many business and franchises without the liability and such. We would be the "supervisors" of what we created.

That is something you should talk to your fellow partners about. Who will be the General Partner? Who will be in charge of what?

What you described could also be a Holding Company. Consult with an attorney and figure all this out.

ok, i am 22 and ive never had a girlfriend or anything before! anyway, i don't know that many girls and i can't get to know any because of this!

i used to be very shy, and sort of still am, but ive been working on becoming more confident, but i have no way to show this!

ive tried everything!

- through friends- all my mate's girlfriend's mates are all taken and in relationships! they don't know anyone they can introduce me to either!
- through work- i work in a call centre full of geeks and desperate weirdos, and all the nice girls are taken!
- at clubs/bars- none are ever on the pull, and they're always with mates or hookiing up with someone else, reducing my confidence even more!
- online dating- ive swapped some emails but they usually stop writing after a few emails! :-(
- out of work clubs- these haven't worked as nottingham is useless for listings of clubs and activites- they're so hard to find! :-(

does any1 know any other ways i can meet some nice single girls?
and don't say 'man up and just go and talk to some', cause that hasn't worked at all! i tried it at a party- talked to like 7 girls to raise ma confidence, and still none were intrested!

NO STUPID ANSWERS PLEASE!

What you need to do is first get comfortable being single for awhile. Don't always be looking for someone. A lot of times that sort of behavior will land you up with no one at all. I'd just recommend honestly just keep living your life as you have been. You've been getting yourself out there, as you said yourself.. keep doing that. I'm 20 and never dated and I know how you feel. Sometimes it makes you go crazy… don't.

Just stay calm, keep (and I'm sorry I going to says this ha ha) talking to girls, and BE PATIENT, if there's one thing you seem to have mastered it is patience. Use it. And keep yourself open and sometime you'll have someone.

Good Luck!

Well at my work we have both. the trainers charge about what works out to be $1 a minute (higher depending how qualified they are) and the masseurs charge $55 for an hour (roughly)

Friend, left to attend to his failing Mother. He went out, took his usual Karate class, went to his friends home. Drank too much, went home. His Mother wanted to know what he had learned karate class. He was showing her when the kudo stick hit a ceiling fan that took the stick out of his hadn and flew towards Mom. She hit her mouth on the table. Her mouth bleeding she got to the bathroom where she fell on the tub hurting herself more than before. He heard her fall. He was too drunk to help and passed out. When he awoke the morning, she had passed away in her sleep. He was sentenced to 14 years after taking the Alfred plea. He just went to court and was classified as a slayer. Unfourtantly he is an heir. His mother owned lots of Federal land in two other states. I, a personal representative to the estate sold their home. He represented himself without counsel. The county we live in knew this family for many years. His sister has been awarded all there was. He can appeal the courts decision but not without counsel. Can anyone help? This has been a nightmare for the family.

This doesn't sound like a cold case murder file: it sounds like you're saying he was not guilty, or perhaps guilty of negligence only, and was wrongfully convicted, and now his sister is getting everything. You may be able to find legal assistance through a nearby university with a law program — sometimes the students work in clinics to learn the law. You can also try legal aid offices. The American Bar Association has a website that will help: http://www.abanet.org/legalservices/findlegalhelp/faq_freehelp.cfm. I also know two women who learned fund raising and went to law school to get their mother freed from prison after she was wrongfully convicted. Try this website too: http://truthinjustice.org/index.htm.
Good luck!

thanks

Where is George Mason?
I would suggest you find a good college group or something.

I want to be a personal trainer or a massage therapist, but my parents want me to go to college. What could I do, which would not require me to work in a hospital?

Here is something to consider. Both a personal trainer certification and a massage therapy certification/license (depending on your state) can be accomplished within a year. Some schools that teach massage also have a personal training certification program. So, the first year into post-secondary education, you can train and explore the idea of being a personal trainer and a massage therapist. After that first year, you will have available to you very flexible and very profitable part-time opportunities with personal training and massage. [Compare this to a $6-$9 per hour job in food service, etc. You could be spending less time working, earning $15-$30 per hour depending on the situation.] Then, the second year of schooling can be dedicated to a degree track (i.e. pre-physical therapy, pre-med, etc.) which will further strengthen your knowledge in the sciences behind the personal training and massage work you are already putting into practice. A business degree can even complement what you are doing if you want to manage or own a business. Look at the trade schools as a beginning rather than an ultimate career. I agree with your parents that you should complete college since those years you are in college teach you much more about life beyond the academics. Many students take 5-6 years to finish a bachelor's degree anyway. However, at the end of your 5-6 six years you would have a personal training certification, a massage license, a bachelor's degree and roughly 4-5 years of practical experience, if you followed this plan. For a new college grad, this would be very, very marketable for either a career decision or even additional schooling (PT school, MED school, Chiropractic College, etc.). There are many healthcare opportunities available without needing to work in a hospital. Best wishes…

I have operated a couple web sites for almost a year. Tried advertising in my local paper. Listing to free classified ads. Listed to major search engines. Also perform surfing sites to cause traffic to be sent to my sites. So far, I have only had a few sales. Does anyone have any ideas they can suggest at little or no cost to me? I am looking for quality potential customers rather than just more traffic. My sites are set up with huge discounts to attract sales. Please help. Thank you.

Getting traffic is a combination of a lot of things. The key to success is to create great content that visitors want to use, search engines will love and other websites will naturally link to. Of course, it's easier said than done.

You can use pay per click advertising in the search engines to reach audiences looking for your products. You can use Google Adwords http://www.google.com/adwords or Yahoo http://searchmarketing.yahoo.com

Here are some shoestring marketing ideas that can help you get the visitors you need at the least cost possible:

1. Create the best content you can with the best products you can possibly offer. Your content is your best advertisement - if visitors love your content, then they will go back and spread the word to others.

2. Make it easy for users to recommend your site. Viral marketing is very important — and easy to tap on the Web. But give your users the tools. Get a Recommend this Site script from websites such as cgiscripts.com and similar directories of scripts. Some even go as far as giving incentives to those who recommend the site to their friends. If only 10 people go to your site, but these 10 people invite 10 more - that's additional traffic that you get for FREE!

Recommend Site Scripts (various) http://php.resourceindex.com/Complete_Scripts/Website_Promotion/Recommend_Site/
Big Nose Bird Recommend this Site http://bignosebird.com/carchive/birdcast.shtml
CGI Resource Index http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Programs_and_Scripts/Perl/Website_Promotion/Recommend_Site/
Hostscripts http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Site_Recommendation/index.html

3. Rank well in the search engines (organic search results, not the pay per click). SEs can be a big source of traffic. The key is to create the best content in your niche. If you have good content, other websites will gladly link to you and offer your site as a resource to their audience. Check the on-page factors and be sure to get linked from authority sites in your topic area.

If you are going to read only one piece on search engine optimization, I suggest you read Brett Tabke of WebmasterWorld.com's "Successful Site in 12 Months with Google Alone: 26 steps to 15k a day." http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum3/2010.htm

4. Send out press releases. While outfits charge as much as $650 per release, there are free press release submission places on the Web. Press releases allow you to (a) attract media attention; (b) get more back links to your website without sending each website an email request; and (c) get more visibility especially if your press release gets in Google News or Yahoo News.

5. Submit articles. Write articles and submit them to websites accepting author submissions. You get exposure for your business; establishes you as an authority in your field, and allows you to get backlinks for your website. If 50 websites publish your article and it contains a link back to your website, then you easily get 50 links from a single article. The more links you have, the greater your chances for increasing your search engine rankings.

I’ve never dated one, but I find the hair style, make up, and clothes to be heart meltingly attractive. I am not really an emo guy but im working on growing my hair out to do the style. Also emo girls from the most part I’ve seen have the most beautiful faces and petite bodies and thats really sexy.

go to a lot of local venues and concerts. You’ll be sure to find some (: good luck. Be careful though. if you’re around and emo girl don’t call her ‘emo’ she might not like that

I asked this last night, but only got advice on either personal lubricant options or massage oil options. As a massage therapist, I already use BioTone professional massage creme, and my fiance and I use KY personal lubricant.
But KY just put out something that's both massage oil and personal lube all in one bottle, but it's warming, and the last time I tried a warming lube, it wasn't so much warming as really painful tingling.
Is there anything out there that works good as a massage oil but is also safe as a personal lubricant? The goal is to be able to move seemlessly from sensual massage into love making (and no, I'm not that sort of "massage therapist"…this would be for between my fiance and myself only).
Someone suggested baby oil, but does anyone know if that's safe as a personal lubricant without causing a yeast infection or something else like that?
I know baby oil isn't condom safe, but I'm on the shot for birth control and I've been in a monogomous relationship with my fiance for almost 3 years now, so that's not an issue at all, for baby oil or anything else that you know of that's good for both, but isn't condom safe.

Have you used Jo Systems . . . Massage oils . . .

They are latex safe . . . . plus comes scented or non-scented and warming and non-warming.

I've been utilizing this brand for about 3 years . . . and it is very good.

It doesn't become tacky like the other novelty massage oils.

- - - KY is no good, if you used their massage oil . . . it is not latex safe . . . if you use their lubricant . . . it is a good starter . . . but then you get all sticky . . . it is worthless. And as for baby oil . . . you are correct that is not healthy for women . . . due to infections.
