Im newly single coming off a long term painful break up. Havent really dated in over 4 years. I want to approach women but can understand how some random dude coming up to you in the grocery store and asking for your number could be a complete flop. Where are the best places to meet single girls in a comfortable environment were you guys are receptive to a mans advances. PS. Why does everyone say bars and clubs are the worst place to try and meet a girl?
well if i was in a bar or club… id be having a good time with my friends and wouldnt want a strange guy to come up to me and get my number…
id be creeped out..
best place to meet me is on campus

but im taken so i would turn you down… but i bet you could find my evil twin somewhere in a place like that lol

not sure on where the best place to meet girls is, but that question was directed more towards the women anyway.
I don’t really like the bar/club scene for several reasons. often there is drinking involved and people may or may not remember meeting you and drinking sometimes leads to bad decisions which don’t usually turn in to real relationships, but rather short flings. (so if that’s what you are looking for go for it) I also feel like people are putting on a show and not really being real at bars/clubs so its hard for me to get to really know if I would like someone or if the front they are putting on is truly authentic.
those are the reasons I don’t like to try and find someone to be in a relationship with at a bar/club. but love can happen anywhere.

Gym
Through friends
Work
etc.
Because a lot people who are in bars and clubs are looking for one-night stands (or so it seems) so anything you say or do will just seem sleazy lol.
