Depends on the girl. Some girls are bitter because of envy or jealousy. Valentine's day really isn't an important holiday. This is because if you are truly loved by someone, you will feel it year round. not just on that one day. As for being single and bitter, we are what our experiences make us. When I was single I was never bitter because it's really just another day. Girls can always get together with their friends and have valentine's day fun or go to a speed dating party depending on the age of the single girl. There are also dances for single girls still in school, dating auctions, and even valentine's day carnivals with kissing booths.
