Why are the other videos showing the plane hitting the pentagon also classified?
How does this classification benefit national security?
Many people said that the terrorists are still alive because of identity theft. But how did they learn how to hack a sophisticated identification system with an actual photo of yourself on the passport? Where did they learn this? If it was that easy to steal someone else's identity on a passport, how come few people managed to do it? Ahmed Al-Nami, one of the alleged terrorists, even said that his passport was never stolen.
Some people even said how there might be two people with the exact same full name. However, a telegraph article states the following: "The Saudi Airlines pilot, Saeed Al-Ghamdi, 25, and Abdulaziz Al-Omari, an engineer from Riyadh, are furious that the hijackers' "personal details" - including name, place, date of birth and occupation - matched their own."

Who said they are classified?
Who said this "classification" benefits national security?
How do videotapes of the Pentagon hit relate to identity theft?
The crimes committed by the terrorists fall under the authority of the FBI, therefore it is their job to gather all evidence relating to the crimes, including the video security tapes. And yes, they sometimes take videotapes and don't share them with everyone; 9/11's not that unique. So it's not so much a national security issue as it is a matter of criminal investigation.

It is quite possible that the tapes are not being released due to concerns about the victims families. I would not be surprised if the families requested that the tapes never be released to the public.
The problem I see here is that people want to read the worst possible scenario into what is otherwise an innocent event.
