   BBW means 'big, beautiful woman' … i.e. she's 'overweight' or fat, but some people don't mind that.

    Big Beautiful Woman is what it means sometimes, there used to be a magazine for plus-sizes called that - I guess it could mean Big Black Woman too I suppose.
