I am buying a mobile home that is classified in the tax office as personal property. I have read about something called Notice to Cancel and that if the seller does not notify of this right then the buyer still has time to cancel. Does this “Notice to Cancel” apply to the mobile home since it is personal property and if so what amount of time would I have to cancel this purchase.
The three day right to cancel usually applies to door-to-door salesmen and telemarketers only.

If I am not mistaken most states have a three day buyers remorse cancellation policy. If you decide not to buy within that time frame they must, by law, accept your cancellation without any argument. Call them immediately if this applies to you. God Bless
