How much MHz Oscillator a transmitter need to send a signal to cover 6 kms. Need not be precise. Just tell any one matching my choice. Also pl tell about Amatuer Radio Licence for India.

it depends on the max frequency of ur signal that u need to transmit, the distance of coverage depends on the power supplied to the circuis …etc, more current, more power =>? more distance, but depends on the electronics u use

i dont think frequency influences distance….to cover more distance u need more power…power increases the amplitude of the wave, so if something absorbs it, it can still go on but with a smaller strength.
