I am 17 yrs old in highschool. I was always fighting kids since the 2nd grade. All of my fights ended within 10 seconds by knockout. I finally stopped fighting at school and decided to do MMA. Everyone says my punching style is like fedors. I swing my arm very fast and whip my hip at the end of the punch. The striking coach tried to teach me textbook boxing, and i got knocked out sparring someone. I decided to use my own technique and i ended up knocking out the same guy in 7 seconds with a looping left hook. Everybody used to critisize the way i punch. Now, people still do, but they never want to fight me. I recently had an amatuer mma match and i knocked out a muay thai fighter in the 2nd round using my techniqe. So tell me why is this working for me and orthodox boxing isnt?
if its working why question it??

You have grown up using your style and not boxing. so i think that you are just used to the way your doing it. for example: is it easyer to write a letter in english or spanish? (Oh and about the kids who insult you just punch them in the gut).

Sometimes the most unconventional punchers are the hardest to train for and to beat. There's no method to the madness. If you're akward to fight it makes it more difficult to defend. Because they don't know where the punches are coming from.

Well, judging by your description of the technique it is a thing called silken rope, this is a very extended from of fa jing. If you want to learn more about why your technique is so powerful but looks strange, look up everything you can on fa jing.
I'm glad to see that you stopped fighting in public. That is not the way gain respect, only fear.

Because you're used t using whipping strikes instead hammering strikes (I don't know how to differentiate them any other way).
They're just two different methods of body movement.
If it works for you keep using it. Many people have trouble against whipping/looping strikes. However make an effort to learn the orthodox stuff as well as your strike will only work fro so long until you get an opponent who can defend against it.
